SAMR has contracted with Durham Public Schools for the Parkwood Elementary School, Chiller Replacement Design Project.  Project elements included:

• Replace water-cooled chiller with air-cooled chiller.

• Replace pumps.

• Relocate natural gas piping.

• Design of electrical service to chiller.

• Grading and retaining wall.
