SAMR contracted with Guilford County Schools for the physical education improvements for two new structures located at Smith HS, Greensboro, NC.

• Prepared Mechanical and Plumbing construction documents for 2 new structures and renovation of existing building areas.

• Demolished existing plumbing fixtures in the existing wrestling room area of the main building.

• Replaced / demolished existing plumbing fixtures in the locker room areas of the main building.  Installed new showers in the locker room areas of the main building.

• Designed the HVAC and Plumbing for the new Field House, new Varsity Locker Room building, and existing Wrestling Room.

• Installed new RTUs for the Field House.  Installed new AHUs for the new Varsity Locker Room building and existing Wrestling Room.
