SAMR partnered with Moser Mayer Phoenix for the design of the Union Square Campus, joint-use facility project.

• Collaborated on the HVAC design in the Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Document (CD), and Construction Administration (CA) phases of the Union Square project.

• Aided in the BIM design of the portions of the Union Square Campus building

• Reviewed mechanical submittals from contractors.

• Substantial participation in building commissioning and construction administration.
